We had a good experience at Growing Smiles of Voorhees. The wait time was very short, and the dentist and clinical staff took care of my son, Adhvik. He had two cavity fillings and two tooth extractions. The entire procedure was handled with care. They made him feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the front desk staff went little rude when I delayed the payment. I was genuinely trying to understand how the insurance and payment process works and a little more patience would be appreciated. During the cavity treatment, the dental assistant was having a distracting conversation with the dentist which I would have preferred the focus to remain entirely on my child’s treatment. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and we’re happy with the care

our oldest is autistic and has a hard time at the dentist but they did amazing with keeping him engaged and were thorough but quick. our youngest had his first cleaning done at the same time and they made sure that he was comfortable and they were thorough and quick. They also didn’t lecture us about fluoride when we requested an alternative which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this office for your child!

I have panic attacks and anxiety so bad especially when I'm going to the dentist And they assured me that they would give me something to calm me down. When I get my root canal i don't know if very friendly. Every kid that came out of their office was smiling and having a nice time no crying at all, it made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommended this place

Cleanliness as soon as you walk in! Smiles, Good Vibes! Great focus on the needs of the children at initial appointment… Thoroughly walks you through the process on what’s needed or not needed. Encouragement not Enforcement! No discrimination! They give the children tokens at the end of the checkout process to get a toy etc. My children love it here 🥰

I’m a 51‑year‑old man who needs full dentures, and at this point I feel this entire process has been seriously mishandled. I have never had a proper sit‑down to go over my options or a clear treatment plan. At my last visit, the doctor actually had me calling my insurance company from the dental chair, bib around my neck, trying to find out what was covered. That is not something a patient should ever be doing — that is the responsibility of the office staff. When I first came in, I asked about immediate dentures and was told I didn’t qualify and insurance wouldn’t cover them. Then on my third visit, I suddenly find out I am getting immediate dentures. No one explained anything to me, and the information has been inconsistent from the start. When I went in for the first fitting, the doctor asked if anyone had checked my mouth since the extractions. I told him no, because no one had. He then tells me I need bone grafting and even he didn’t understand why I was scheduled for immediate dentures in the first place. This process started four months ago, and I still need full extractions and bone grafts. The lack of communication, planning, and follow‑through has caused unnecessary s
